Sree Pathanjali Maharishi is the GURU of Yoga. His Yoga is called ASHTANGAM. There are Eight Stages to attain happy life. Meditation is the Seventh Stage in his Yoga.
People want to lead a Healthy and Happy Life which can be achieved only through Ashtanga Yoga of Sree Pathanjali Maharishi.
This is not only a human body’s secret. It is full of scientific secrets included in his important steps. This Yoga Kendra Training Centre was established by SarGuru O Bikshu in the year 1986.

His Astanga Yoga is called Raja Yoga. In Bagavath Geetha Lord Krishna teaches us through his Yoga Steps as Raja Yoga. In Pathanjali’s assumptions the Four important yoga steps are SAMADHI PATHAM, SADHANA PATHAM, VIUPUTHI PATHAM AND KAIVALYA PATHAM. He wrote 196 Yoga Sutras for this world’s best livings.
Who is Pathanjali?
Someone asks who is Pathanjali? He is not a poet, musician, and artist. He is the Author for our long healthy peaceful life. It is introduced through his life event which took place in Chidambaram. One of his life time wish is to darshan Lord Nataraja. Lord Nataraja understands his devotee’s wish and dances in front of him. Our Maharishi dharsans his dance and was ecstatic as his lifetime ambition is fulfilled... After seeing the steps of Nataraja’s dance, he designed and introduced it is as Yoga Steps. After the dharsan, he does Pushpanjali to His Patham (Foot). Then Maharishi is called PAATHANJALI. Over lapse of time, it got changed as Pathanjali. Now we perform the Yoga steps and life saving methods through his steps for fruitful life.
Yoga is not luck of luxury life. It is one of the long life theories of human Body.
People think eating, sleeping is only fruitful life. Work is the bitter thing always.
When we breathe, air runs between airspace and our heart. The controller of our life is the God. We cannot refuse it. But God has given us a beautiful body and gifted the beautiful thing to practice and enjoy it.
People mistake the word “Enjoy life” and waste their lifetime. They use avoidable things like shouting, abnormal speaking; desire to achieve things that are out of their reach.
Breathe slowly and control our air running in our body by thinking good moments, good thoughts, sceneries, read, write polite stories and ethigasa events to build a healthy mind ourselves.
In this modern world, man is always emotionally driven in everything he does even without reason. A small event also affects him deeply and that starts to create unwanted and unnecessary problems in his family life and with friends. The single man is not able to control himself in any moment.
Hence it is necessary to advise him to develop self-control through yoga art and teach the secret of long life and live safe and peacefully always. Yes the Pathanjali Maharishi Who lived in this world a long ago told the art of long living is must for human’s future and told the assumptions of the Yoga art.
